Actually, I've upgraded to ferret-transferred packets. But, my Intertoobs are all clogged with sleeping ferrets. How do I speed things up?

You may be able to electrocute the intertoobs so that the ferrets move quicker- if the voltage is high enough, it would be uncomfortable for them to remain stationary.
