Hello, and Welcome to PDXPCFixer Forums!
Partitions (other than C:) can be easily managed in current Microsoft Operating Systems by Going to Control Panel Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Storage. You simply select the disk that you want to edit the partitions of, Right -click the partition, and select Delete. Be aware that this will erase any and all data on that partition! After you have deleted unnecessary partitions, you can Right -click the 'Unallocated Space" and 'Create' a new partition in there. You will also need to format it before using it. If you need to adjust the partition table on a drive INCLUDING the OS partition (usually C:), I suggest downloading the Free Easus Partition Manger from
http://download.cnet.com/Easeus-Partition-Master-Home-Edition/3000-2248_4-10863346.html. You will need to burn the ISO to a CD, then boot from it. Again, this will ERASE all of the data on the partition, use with caution, and backup important data beforehand.
